I reached pepboys at 12 noon and when I went to service desk...it took 10mins for someone to come and answer me...when I explained the problem (I knew my car needs brake shoe and pads replacement) they took the key and after an hour they came to me an said your brake shoe and pads needs to be replaced wtf? I said ok. then they opened all my car tires in service area and I can see no one working on if for another one hour then some guy comes looks the car goes inside gets the parts and starts working on it with lot of time breaks.. all I understood is that they wanted to charge 4hrs labor charge. I ended up spending 570$ and 5hrs of my time.\r
What I get the next day is a weired noises when I apply brakes now I need to get it fixed...just waste of my time and money . I guess the Pep boys employees are Ex-Employess of Lazy Boyz furniture accross the street...\r
The staff is not friendly at pep boys. worst experience... \r
I'd rather go to a showroom and get it fixed for the same price with
