went in for an oil change and engine flush. had an appointment for 4:30, arrived at 4:15 and was told i had no appointment, but they could do it shortly.. so two hours later my car is done and the cost is almost $70 more than i was told.. Staff wasn't really interested in answering my questions of why they forgot my appointment or quoted me imaginary prices or why it took so long.. incredibly disappointed.. Could have easily gone somewhere else.. regretting it now..
