Review content:
This was far and away the worst service I have ever had when it comes to Auto Care. I took my 04' wrangler in 3 months ago to fix the "Death Wobbles" they constantly tried to sneak in additional services and extended warranties. It took an hour with them to make sure they were not charging for things I didn't need (somehow they still managed to get me for a $30 "break inspection", something that death wobbles obviously have nothing to do with) then, 93 days later, the death wobbles came right back. when I took it in, they told me that if I wanted them to look at it, I would have to pay an additional fee. and that most the parts would not be covered. they then harassed me about how I should have gotten he extended warranty. stay away from this place. Id recommend finding a local shop head working out of his garage, if you must go corporate, id look at firestone down the street. they are much friendlier, and much more ethical
