Review content:
i recently went to Pep Boys to get a new battery. I have a normal mechanic but he was too far away. Pep Boys is in my neighborhood. They tested the battery and confirmed it needed to be replaced. To my dissatisfaction, they ONLY had the most expensive, "high-end" model in stock...so I was told. I really had no choice but to replace it. It left me feeling uneasy and untrustworthy of them. \r If it's true or not....which I don't think it was; it is not a place I will go again unless left with no other option. This is why I travel a few extra miles further to a trusted mechanic that knows that when you take care of a customer, the relationship is much more valuable then trying to "get one over" on someone once. You typically lose the customer for good.
