I want to have porcelain tiles in my 2nd floor condo. Homedepot delivers them but don't bring them in and they drop them on the side of the street or if the truck could come in the parking lot (they might not because truck is too big) they will drop them in the parking lot. They tell me what day but they don't know what time. I contacted movers, they all said I have to make reservation, they want to know the exact time. And, all cabinets have to be empty. the movers donot move the appliances and electronic even if they are unplugged! I have 2 cabinest that have earthquake strapped screwed to the wall. the installers will not unscrew them. they just move them!!! the cabinets are tall and I can't unscrew them myself. who should I hire to unscrew them?
