Review content:
The sales person from whom I asked for help to get an adapter kit for the air conditioning unit on my car was very rude. I asked for a test kit because I am not mechanically inclined and forgot the exact word for the kit I needed. I explained to her what the kit was supposed to do a couple of times and she totally acted like I was wasting her time. She finally took me back to the aisle the kits were in and handed me a "Kit for Dummies" without ever asking what kind of car I had. Now this kit is legitimate, but it was another sales person who asked me what kind of car I had so it could be put into the computer and checked. Pep boys can bet that Auto Zone will be helping me next time I need anything. At least I can say I have never walked into Auto Zone that they haven't been polite.
