I bought carpet for my house and when the installers came out to install the carpet there was a problem with the bathroom tile that it was not communicated that they would install in that room. I call and talked to Henry the assistant store manager and first he was upset with the installers and then he turned his anger to me( I had him on speaker phone) and he said I agreed to the installation over the tile and that there would be the grooves that may show and the uneven in the leveling. He was so rude and he said he would fax over to me what I agreed to so I told him to fax it over to me so I could see where I agreed to that. The people at my house where listening to him talk to me in a very rude way and so I asked for his district managers telephone number which he told me he did not have. I then got my husband on the phone and asked him to look it up on the computer at which time Henry told me he was looking it up. Then he said that I did not agree to having the carpet over the
