We just had our ducts replaced and Justin and Jacob were quick, efficient, detail oriented, personable and certainly reflected excellent customer service in our home! Justin displayed his knowledge of our project and explained why they were doing what they did. Showing me the results, cleaned up after they finished, were courteous and happy workers.
Definitely felt like I got my money's worth and that they were watching out for my best interests in everything they did!
Will keep my maintenance agreement going, because they care about our relationship with them as a customer!
It is hard these days to find a company that doesn't treat you like the bottom line is more important. Champion AC provides quality service more than any AC company I've dealt with in the last 20 years! People like John and Justin and Jacob are proof of this ! Thank you!
