Businiess name:  Glenn's Auto Repair
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Don't believe everything you read. You never know who works on your car at Glenn's Auto. Not all his mechanics are ASE qualified as he claims. I read reviews and websites for several mechanic shops and decided I should add him to the list as I was shopping around for an estimate. When I arrived I was shocked to see a guy I know - not very well - working there who is not ASE qualified. The worrying thing is that he was working on someones engine. As soon as I saw him I turned to leave straight away but he came after me and attempted to give me a business card (of his own) which I declined he informed me he has a mobile auto business on the side. I didn't appreciate the solicitation and I certainly don't want an unqualified person working on my car. I don't suppose Glenn is aware he lost a potential customer that day or and that his employee tried to poach his potential customer. Glenn needs to stop his unqualified so called mechanic working on vehicles and thoroughly vet his employees credentials and post them so we can be assured a qualified mechanic is doing our repair - not just go on hear say or what is written on the website.
