We purchased a new home at the beginning of this year (2015) and had opted for an entirely new HVAC system to replace our 30 year old existing unit that came with the house. Out of all the contract work we had done to the home, no one has even came close to the professional's at Dale's. Their customer service is a model that I rarely see in other business's. From the Consultation work all the way up to their most recent visit to repair an ufortunate event with mother nature, they have remained prompt, trustworthy, and professional. Tanner (hvac tech) has done an amazing job from the start, he simply will not leave a job until every stone has been unturned. Bottom Line: Dale's Heating and Air has made me a customer for life...
