Review content:
I would like to start off by saying that I highly recommend B & G Hardwood Flooring. Their installers are great, the owner is great, and they do quality work. The only hiccups I ran into had to do with their organization. They were late getting back to me about simple questions, such as "When are you coming?" That led to slightly odd situations, such as them showing up at the job site at 8:15 when they were supposed to arrive at 10:00. Another time I got a call asking about when I was planning on paying my balance. I replied quite frankly that I would once the job was finished (as we had agreed earlier). I sincerely believe that it simply slipped their mind. To make a long story short, the guys are a little bit flaky on the organization front, but they provide quality craftsmanship and will get the job done correctly on the first try. I highly recommend them.
