Do not go to the west marine off of Hempstead Hwy.!!!! They're a bunch of kids who couldn't even open a store on time. A whole HOUR LATE, I waited in the parking lot with 4 other customers. Inside, I asked them to order their own west system epoxy for me -something they have in stock at their warehouse. Dude said it was a special order that would take a week to come in, I would have to pay in advance, and some sort of special shipping rate... to their OWN store! I just went out to the FM 1960 store, way across town, and got actual customer service from a real adult who seemed to care -and know what he was talking about. I had to make TWO trips out to the FM 1960 store just so I didn't have to deal with those idiots in Houston!
