Mike was extremely easy to work with and made the entire experience very pleasant and quick. We were debating between purchasing and leasing and he was very transparent in providing us the financials around both options to help us make our decision. He was also very flexible in working a change I wanted on the vehicle we leased and working around our schedule for taking delivery of the car.. We have had an Acura for the last 16 years and our experience with three of our local Acura dealers closer to home have been poor (two for the car buying process and one for service). This is our third new Acura and I would definitely come back to Arlington Acura for our next one. Thank you.
