Review content:
The washer I purchased from HH Gregg stopped working after 18 months. Per the service agreement HH Gregg sent Best Electronics to complete the repair. The service tech did not open the washer or turn it on, he just wrote the serial number and said he had to order a part. Week later he came back to install. The tech was late, and extremely rude. He refused to clean out the drain trap stating "He does not get paid for that". After he left, the washer quit working after 2 loads. They refused to return any of my calls regarding their failed repair. Thankfully HH Gregg sent another company out to complete their work. Avoid this company at all costs! The service tech ( who is also part owner) is rude, judgmental and incompetent.
