John does excellent pedicure but many times it is interrupted so he can pick up kids. I spent a good five hours there one day for three pedicures, one acrylic fill and two gel treatments. I treated my sister and her friend. Long miserable wait as John left to get kids and Pam started a whole new customer that came in after the three if ya. When I asked for one pedi refund she jumped up to do a quick job on friend! All of 10 minutes. I had been s customer for years. No more. This was not the first time either. Found a new salon who knows how to treat customers for the same money.
