This store is the worst. I have been with ATT for my cell phone over a decade and this store and their horrible employees single handedly made my wife and me decide to end our ties with ATT for not only both our cell phones, but also our land line, cable, and internet. \r

They told me they could add my wife's phone line to my plan which forced me out of my grandfathered plan with unlimited data. However, after 4 full hours and multiple trips back to the store, they couldn't transfer my wife's phone to my plan and just said they don't know why but I'm out of luck. I tried to get my old plan back and they said too bad. They told me so many things that turned out to be wrong, they were very incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and could care less about losing customers...so we obliged them. That store and most of their employees, especially their manager, are just God awful...avoid them by all costs!
