If I could give Eric E. higher than a 5 star I would. This young man went above and beyond to get heat into my home where I had been without for over 3 days. During that time the tempature had gotten to below 50 degrees inside! Unfortunately he didn't have what he needed on his truck, so called the company to get permission to drive to the suppliers to get it. Kudos to the company too for they juggled schedules to allow him to do this. He was back ASAP and had my heater up and going in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this company and Eric!!
