Awoke and jumped in the shower. After the shock of icy water, I shivered to the water heater to find no pilot light. Tried to get it back going with no luck!\r

Called RK Knight. They have done work at this house since my grand parents owned it.\r
\r
They gave me a time of 2-4PM and promised sooner if a worker became available. About 11am I get a call that help is on the way.\r

Randy takes a look, tries to start the pilot. Concludes the unit looks good and it is likely the Thermo Coupler. We agree on a price and he gets to work. All done in about 40 minutes.\r

All looks good and clean. Hot water is flowing. Thanks Randy!
