Review content:
I've been a customer for over six years of this particular Firestone store because they do what they say they will do...no b.s. about it. I own a German sports sedan and have sworn NEVER to go back to Don Rosen in Conshohocken for service on it ever again because of the high b.s. factor there. Firestone's prices are reasonable, the mechanics are superb and the service, overall, is first-class. The manager, Ken, is professional, friendly and doesn't try to "sell" you items or service you don't need. Their hours, location and services all fit my budget and schedule, as well. All in all, when I need tires or service, I call this Firestone first. Nice work, guys!
