Of all the tow truck companys, the Concord P.D. hired\r this outfit to remove my car. I protested and was granted a citation for no reg. I paid all the fees and went to the impound yard to claim my vehicle. A male employee arrived but I still had to get the RELEASE form . So some 15 minutes later I walk from the office to the impound location. \r The employee has moved my car but he has little regard for it. He claims since he had no key his method is ok. When I confront him about it his only reply is he is sorry.\r These mentally challenged idiots used a forklift on a porsche 928. There was no reason to do so. I was there with key in hand. If it were a junk yard maybe lifting with \r extensions will suffice, but I find that the damages are quite extensive particularly to the steering column , tie rods and tie rod boots.
