tHIS TOW COMPANY SUCKS. FIRST THEY DONT RESPECT YOU. AND THE DRIVER WHO'S NAME IS CARL IS SO RUDE AND NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL. AFTER HE CALL ME HEY HEY LOUDY AND I TOLD HIM NOT TO DO THAT COZ I AM NOT A DOG HE GOT PISSED OF AND UNHOOKED MY CAR AND LEFT ME AND WAITED MORE TIME TO BE TOWED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. CARL WAS TRYING TO CAUSED A FIGHT WITH ME AND TOLD ME THAT HE CAN BIT MY ASS SO MY SON CURSED HIM AND TOOK OFF HIS JACKET AND EVERYTHING AND TRY TO HIT MY SON..I WENT IN THE MIDDLE TO STOPPED AND HE WAS TRYING TO FIGHT WITH ME..I HAVE LOTS OF WITNESS INCLUDING SOME CLERKS FROM FRY'S IN CONCORD AND THE OWNER OF THE SAIGON RESTAURANT IN THIS SITUATIONS. WHEN I CALL THE FOLLOWING DAY I SPOKE WITH THE NAME FAY AND SHE IS ALSO NOT PROFESSIONAL AND ALREADY BEEN BIASED WITH THE SITUATIONS AND SHE SAID HER DRIVER ACTED ONLY WHEN MY SON CURSED HIM... ONCE AGAIN I DONT WANT YOU GUYS SUFFER THE SAME THING IN A COLD NIGHTS TRYING TO GET HOME AND THEN IT WAS RUINED BY RUDE TOW TRUCK DRIVER...GO
