The vets are always very nice and it's great that you can get your heartworm meds there at the same price you find online. It's also great that they have the area's only emergency vet, so all your records are available when you have an emergency. However, there are a few things that have made me decide to switch vets.\r \r 1. There have been a few times when multiple pets were brought in and they seemed very disorganized and it took a while to get information about which pet needed what.\r 2. Prices seem a bit high, but I understand that they also have the only emergency clinic in the area.\r 3. When two of my dogs were quite ill (diarrhea and vomiting) with one being very lethargic, I called to get them an appointment as I wasn't sure if they had eaten something poisonous. It was 1 p.m. when I called (they closed at 6) and they couldn't get me in and told me to just wait 5 hours until the emergency vet opened and take them there. \r \r It was the last one that really made me switch.
