We needed someone to help our mom and to get her to her medical appointment in London safely, follow her around the hospital and fly with her from NYC, and we knew that our nanny was not going to be able to do something like that. So we called Travel Assistance LLC and what an exceptional service we received. It could not have been any more reassuring and professional. The next day our Travel Assistant was at JFK and ready to fly with my mom for her alternative medical treatments in London. Also, my mom told me that the travel assistant knew her way around London and New York perfectly. Thank you Travel Assistance for all your caring and professional travel assistance. I will recommend you to all my contacts in and around NYC.
