Review content:
I called because I had a used dryer to sell that wasn't working. I thought maybe they'd want to fix it and sell it since it was fairly new. They sent a tech to look at it, found it was a minor problem, and said they'd give me $100 for the dryer. Great! Well...a previous person I had look at it had taken a part with him, so the Benson's guy said if I get the part back, they would just come back and take the dryer and give me the $100. Within 2 days I had gotten the part from the previous person and called Benson's to come get the dryer. Now they said they don't want it!! Also, they left my dryer all taken apart so I can't even move it out of my way because it's in pieces!!!! Not happy with them at all!
