I thought my experience from start to finish was great. Louise was very honest about what to expect with my experience and she was spot on. The office was nicely appointed, and the cool sculpting room was wonderful. I had my selection of Netflix shoes, was very comfortable in the procedure chair, and I felt very welcomed. I cannot say anything about my results as it has only been a week and it takes a little longer to see results so this is only for the office and staff.
