Sunday morning we discovered our water heater had decided to die. Went early to Lowes and Home Depot for a replacement. Made a purchase at Home Depot and they put us in touch with Fast Water Heater for installation at a reasonable price. We were told someone would deliver and install the next day. Warren arrived during the appointed installation window. He called ahead and said he'd be there in an hour (and he was) which was much appreciated. He was polite and professional. He kept us informed every step of the way. He quickly determined that the WH we purchased would not work in our closet. After discussing options, he went the extra mile calling around to determine which model/style would work for us. He was able to determine we needed a "skinny" model. By this time is was late afternoon. He talked to several folks on the phone, found the right WH and insisted it be ready for him to pick up first thing the next morning. He was back bright and early this Tuesday morning and had us back with hot water by 10AM. He explained to us the city inspection process and what to expect, time frames, etc. He was very nice, professional, worked quickly and made extra efforts to clean up after himself in the work area. I would definitely recommend Fast Water Heater and Warren H. to anyone needing to replace their WH.
