I was the plantiff in this case. Judge was extremely rude and hateful to me but nice to the defendant starting from the moment he walked into the room. It's as if he didn't like the way I looked nor my smell and had already decided against me. Despite having a ton of documentation against the defendant including months of detailed phone records, the defendent only having a print-out with grandiose claims from their website, and proving to the court that the defendant lied several times, the judge continued to be rude and determined to rule against me. Naturally, I lost and appealed the ruling, asking for the case to be seen by a different magistrate stating that I suspected this magistrate was biased. My request was ignored, and I lost my appeal. My advice is do your homework before you purchase a service from any business so you can avoid court at all cost, esp in Franklin County, OH since they apparently don't support the consumer.
