Ordered on-line, separately, two doorbells on Dec 23rd which the company claimed would be shipped in 24 hours. One order was a UPS 2nd day air which cost $27.74. That arrived seven days later here in California on Dec 30th. Another order was a UPS 3 day select which cost $22.57 and arrived twelve days later on Jan 4th. I will let the reader judge if these were reasonable shipping times considering the costs (note the packages were very light since only two doorbell/buzzers were in each one.
