Ron Carter is willing to make empty promises to get you to purchase a vehicle. The service department the worse that I have ever been in. They dont like to fix a vehicle under warranty, after 8 times, mine still isnt fixed. The people that you have to deal with think that we are all idiots and shouldnt be complaing about buying a $25000.00 vehicle that breaks down constantly.
