I didn't want someone to "sell" me some property, I needed help finding and investigating it to see if it was right for me. I didn't know where I would end up buying but they cover all of the North Bay counties so I had all the information I could need. They helped me find financing and made sure that every question I had was answered before we closed escrow. They even answered some questions that I would have never thought to ask. They gave me the confidence to take a big step.
