These apartments are not the worst but yes they are overpriced in my opinion. One thing that really bothered me was that in October I went out of town left my Mustang in the parking and got all four tires and rims stolen. I reported to the office and also reported the person I was suspicious of (yes it was another resident) but never heard anything from them about follow up, AND in the monthly resident flyer nothing was mentioned about the theft of my tires which I think all residents should have been warned...
