Outstanding, knowledgeable service! A recent storm with strong winds caused one of my skylights to leak. Brian had his repair tech John out immediately who diagnosed the problem and applied an effective temporary fix until matching shingles could be ordered. Within a few days John was back with the material, removed the shingles in the problem area, repaired the problem, and replaced the material. Top-notch professional job and service. Brian's response was outstanding, and John's expertise, explanation of the problem and quality work were exemplary. Thanks Hippo!
