I took a laptop into Easy Tech and recieved such terrible service I was surprised they managed to stay in business.\r
I got my computer back after them haveing it for way too long and when I got it back it was scratched and knicked up.\r
I pointed it out and they basically called me a liar, insinuating the marks were all there before I brought it in.\r
AND they didnt offer me any discount or anything on the services I'd initally taken my computer in for.\r
I didnt get an apology even.\r

I found a site called Secure Remote Support when I was reading reviews online and they took care of my machine when I sent it in with a virus.\r
They were friendly and quick. Im very pleased with my experience with this company and will reccomend them to anyone!\r
