When operating a business, The "Customer" is the greatest thing you can have. Some businesses lose sight of that and focus on "money" only. When that happens, your business ethics become poor. Case in point: When a customer of say three or more years chooses to frequent your store above others, driving many miles to do so, spending a couple hundred dollars each time, that speaks volumes. However, if the day comes where the same customer spends say...$5 you have to think for a minute...."That is still a great customer, worthy of respect, because they chose to shop at MY store" Unfortunately with this outfit, that's not the case. Instead, you will not be waited on the next time you enter their establishment because of it. Also, when told the scrap coins in the buckets go for say...10x1 and you choose a few, they should be tallied and your total multiplied by 10 right??? right. But when the owner scrutinizes the coins you picked, with a loop, then opens up the grey sheet and quotes you a price that doesn't jibe with 10x1, it's a further demonstration of BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. What your doing is sneakily getting free labor from the customers having them separate your coins. This business doesn't care about customers, they care about money. They don't care about good PR, they care about money. They don't care about customer relations, they care about money. They don't care about promoting the hobby, they care about money. They don't care about the little guy, they care about money. They don't care about business ethics, they care about money. They don't care about you, they care about money.
