My newborn saw Abby Bleinstein at the beginning and she was amazing and always returned calls when i had questions. She was awesome! So was her nurse! She was a sweetie! But Abby Bleinstein left and so we couldn't follow because how far she went. So she referred us to Dr. Jeff Richker. Saw him at my daughter's next checkup. I was nervous because heard from friends that took their kids there that he was horrible but I gave him a chance because Abby referred us to him. And let me tell ya he wasn't the greatest! He was negitative with all my questions. He made me feel like all my questions were dumb and remind ya I'm a first time mom. Us first time moms read everything and always have questions. I was told there is never a dumb question. So when I ask him questions about something and tell him what I've read and what he thinks, his exact words, "" I'm sorry do you want Dr. Google or a real doctor"". I've never had a doctor who treated me so horribly. Also, my child had a cough so I called him at 9am the time the office opens and he was with appointment so I left a message for him to call back. 1pm comes along no call so I called again , front desk Ann was so rude and unfriendly. So I left another message. Called 2:30pm Ann ended up being a bitch towards me! Never heard back from Dr. Jeff Richker. Shows how much this doctor and business cares about their patients! I will NEVER come back to this family practice again! I will not recommend it to any of my friends or anyone!
