Review content:
BK Floors to Go did the floors throughout my entire home. I purchased carpeting and some luxury vinyl. It took me a long time to make my selections, and I went to BK Floors to Go last. I thought they had the prettiest selection of all the stores. Their wood selection was especially more impressive than everyone else. Their prices were in line, maybe a little bit better. I spent a lot of time in the store and I really, really liked almost everyone that I worked with. They were eager to help and had really good ideas. Lisa was the best sales person I worked with. They did not have enough of the product I wanted, and she had a suggestion that would still allow me to use the amount that they had. I implemented the suggestion and I ended up loving it.
The installation went pretty smoothly. It was painful to have my house destroyed but the results are worth it. They had expected to finish the floors within two days, but since I changed my mind mid-process it took them three. If it had not been for the change they would have delivered on time. I am very happy with the look of my new floors.
