Tesson Roofing & Exteriors LLC is a professional operation. My wife and I needed our roof replaced. Before we spoke to any roofing companies, we looked through the BBB and saw that Tesson had a very good rating.
A couple of competing services came out, but they were composed of sales people that didn't even look at my roof. The competing services told me they were going to look at the roof, and I told them to knock when they were done. Well, I hadn't walked away for more than a few moments before the door bell rang. One of the other services even told me to go ahead and sign the insurance paperwork over.
Well, I happened to catch a Tesson truck drive down the street at one point, and approached Jim Stewart. I told him, "when you're finished here, come down and see me." I didn't mention anything about my insurance company already giving me their estimate.
Jim Stewart comes by, gets on the roof, and explains all of the issues. He looked over the flashing on the chimney, and said, "Some places will recommend having your chimney flashing replaced, but to be honest, I don't think you need any work performed on it." He went through the process, left, and came back with his estimate. His estimate was $1000 less than the insurance company.
A gentleman by the name of Josh came by to tell me that they would start the process on Wednesday. Well, there happened to be a ton of rain during the period of time they replaced my roof. Josh was so concerned that there was a delay, it was almost as if it was his own roof.
They had about 8 or 9 crewmen complete the service in a day. When they finished, there was not one piece of debris around the house. Everything was picked up perfectly. I was very impressed with how Tesson Roofing handled the whole process.
I know that Tesson Roofing has Tesson in the name, but Jim Stewart, and Josh, are the company. They were who I saw, who I worked with, did a very professional job, and left a very good impression.
