I had a very bad experience there. I spoke to the manager, her name was Erin. She was nice and I told her how much my dog hated kennels. She offered to put my dog in the crate next to people and out back so that she could roam free the majority of the time. When I arrived to pick her up on Tuesday at 8 p.m. (they only let you pick up your dog at 3 different times during the day), I asked the caretaker (employee) if he had been given any special instructions. He looked around and said that he hadn't. I explained to him that Erin had told me that they would keep my dog in a crate in the front or out back and that she was currently in neither. He shrugged his shoulders and said "tell the manager about it". I asked why I would do that? He replied "why would you ask me?" I said that it might be useful to let her know on my behalf so that if the promise had not been fulfilled, she could address whatever caused it to not happen. He said ok and wrote on some card "Customer not happy". I paid him for the service - over 75 dollars for a little under 6 days and he didn't offer a discount. He then brought me my dog, my leash and my food. The food was supposed to be given to my dog as not everything agrees with her. I mentioned to the caretaker that the bag was no less full than when I had dropped my dog off. This is when the employee became angry. He said "You wanna gripe. Talk to the manager." And then approached me menacingly, pointed to the door and yelled "Now get out of here!" I left. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
