This is one of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. \r We bought a furnace and air conditioning unit and had them install it. We bought their full “parts and labor warranty”. When I called them because our furnace was broken to my amazement they said there's a $100+ charges to diagnose the problem. I specifically paid for a warranty that covered all labor and parts related to the furnace and I knew the motor was dead. They eventually relented only because I told them id complain to BBB. \r I recently bought an air conditioning tune up service and when the technician came out he said “it's actually just an inspection” the tune up costs extra. By extra is was $150 to vacuum dust from the blower. When I said it clearly says inspection and TUNE UP” he basically said I know it's misleading!\r STAY AWAY – unfortunately I'm stuck with them
