Review content:
The dispatchers are rude as hell. I have had some wonderful drivers while others have been rude just picking me up while on their cell phones and just driving and waiting to ask where my destination is. I can't count how many times I have waited over an hour to have someone come to my house. This is rediculous because most of them sit and wait at hotels to take people to the airport.
