My initial appointment had me a bit stressed. I arrived at the 8:40 time for my 9:00 appointment. When I inquired at 9:30 with the front desk, her immediate reply was "do you want to reschedule" without offer of explanation. I just wondered how much longer the delay would be, I had no intention of rescheduling but also had a job to get back to. I got back into a room at about 9:40 and was told I had 3 other appointments ahead of me but they were taking me back anyway. If there were 3 others, they were very late for their appointment. It did not start my initial process off very well. I understand that things come up and just appreciate being treated like I am wanted as a patient there - I was a brand new patient. This all flustered me and I did not handle the rest of the appointment as I would have liked. With that being said, my follow-up visit from surgery was a much more pleasant front desk experience and my wait time was no longer than I would have expected. Dr. Dalagiannis was great through everything and is highly regarded in the medical field. I would have liked to have spoken with him after my surgery (in recovery) but I know he was running behind before my surgery. Again, I understand things can run that way. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and look forward to my next visit. I would have loved to give this a 5 star experience but the initial appointment keeps me from that. Thank you.
