I WAS HAVING SOME TROUBLE WITH MY AC AND MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN. DUE TO THE RURAL AREA I LIVE IN, IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A COMPANY THAT WAS WILLING TO COME OUT TO MY HOME. AFTER WHAT SEEMED LIKE CALLING 20 DIFFERENT COMPANIES I CALLED CHAMPION AC. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERED ME SAME DAY SERVICE AND WAS NOT GOING TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY DUE TO LIVING OUTSIDE OF SAN ANTONIO.
AS PROMISED, CHAMPION SENT A TECHNICIAN THE SAME DAY. MY HUSBAND TYPICALLY HANDLES ANYTHING MECHANICALLY INCLINED AND I WAS A BIT WORRIED THAT I WAS GOING TO BE WAY OUT OF MY ELEMENT OR TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. CHAMPION AC IMMEDIATELY ASSURED ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOING TO BE OKAY AND THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND AND EVEN OFFERED TO CALL MY HUSBAND FOR ME SO THAT WE WERE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE.
THE TECHNICIAN STAYED AND TOOK CARE OF THE REPAIR AND BEFORE YOU KNEW IT, MY 6 MONTH OLD AND I WERE COOL AGAIN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE, HONESTY AND INTEGRITY OF THIS COMPANY. THEY EVEN HONORED MY HUSBANDS MILITARY DISCOUNT. I WILL REMAIN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
