I started renting a condo from Peter's as part of an Agreement where renters were breaking their lease to leave early and move. As incentive, I was given a $100 off on rent each month, for the first year I lived there. After this year was up, I was told that this rate would continue, with only a $5 increase, as they valued my stay as a tenant. I called TWICE to confirm this and received affirmation both times. I then received the lease and the price quoted was far higher. I called to question and was told I misunderstood. I was very disappointed, but had to resign, as I didnt' have time to find a place elsewhere.
