I have been a customer here for about two years and just could not say good enough things for these guys. They know what they are doing (technical excellence) and charge you very reasonable price (highest ethics). You can make your own judgement if you know a lot about car mechanics. But if you don't, you should trust these guys. I had my 30,000 miles service done two weeks ago. It is an old car and I could totally tell the before-and-after difference. They gave me a quote before the service and when the service was done, it turned out they underestimated one part price. I would not have noticed the difference if they had not brought it up to begin with. And after I told them it is okay and offer to pay for the difference, they turned my offer done and didn't charge me that part. It wasn't a huge amount but you can tell how nice they are. I saw one negative review about them on some website and any people with common sense would tell it was just an incredibly difficult customer. If you deal with human beings in any settings at all, you would know there are people that is impossible to please and reason with. To sum up, as long as this shop is running by these guys, you can trust them with your Lexus or Toyota. They treat your car more careful than you. And charge you as if they are spending the money themselves.
