I hired AmeriSpec Inspection Services on the recommendation of my realtor. They inspected the home as requested and found some issues that needed to be resolved, which we were able to get resolved. We were impressed with their communication and follow-through. Their report outlined the condition of the house along with which parts of the property they were responsible for. The inspector we dealt with was prompt, professional, and responsive. Their prices were good- no complaints there.
