Avoid this facility. It seems the director and board of the Clio Area Youth Sports Complex Advisory Committee Inc. have little regard for public safety or the personal property of others. My vehicle was severely damaged after bottoming out in a pothole in the parking lot. The pothole was nearly impossible to see and could not be avoided. Despite offering witness statements and photos showing that the collision was not my fault, the Clio Area Youth Sports Complex Advisory Committee Inc. refused to accept responsibility for the damages caused by their negligence. The Clio Area Youth Sports Complex Advisory Committee Inc. failed to maintain their lot appropriately, otherwise my vehicle would not have been damaged and I wouldn't be stuck with a $1000 repair bill. My insurance will not cover it. My insurance agent agrees that the Clio Area Youth Sports Complex Advisory Committee Inc. should provide compensation.
