We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. Bad service, dingy rooms, inexperienced staff.\r My one night getaway was made unpleasant by the staff at this hotel.\r I don't usual write reviews, but I travel a lot and I have never seen such bad service at a ""high quality"" hotel.\r We arrived just after check-in and were told we would need to wait 2 hrs for our room, with little explaination except that housekeeping is running a delay beacause there is a big wedding here.\r One would expect a big 4 diamond hotel is equipt to handel a big wedding, no? No appologies or consolations, and finally we ended up in a smoking room (we had originally requsted non). \r Our front desk attendand gave us attitude and left out critical information (e.g. parking fees/rules)\r All my clothes are stanky from the room.\r I'm annoyed.
