When I drive in, employees always greet me as if I am driving in to be a guest speaker someplace! They scramble to greet me and determine what, if anything, is my trouble with the car. Then, after that I am entered into the system and my car is handled as rapidly and professionally as imaginable.
Sound too good to be true? Trust me, it is true.
