Long story short, I had called an a/c company for service on a weekend because my wife just got out of hospital. The tech from this company that I am doing a favor by not revealing their name told me I needed a whole new unit and that it couldn't be fixed. Thankfully I decided to get a 2nd opinion and found A STAR Air Conditioning online. The technician came the same day, extremely polite and sincere to our situation. I was shocked to hear that the problem involved a very common part that he had available in his truck and our home was cooling in no time. One thing that the technician from A STAR did agree with the other company was the fact that the unit needed to be replaced sooner then later and I have not doubt in my heart about the company I will be calling to replace my a/c unit!!!!
