I came to know about Abacus when I needed a serious situation corrected at a home I had listed that had started having gaseous odor...discovered likely an issue with the Septic Tank to the house...two days and many labor hours later, they were able to find and resolve the problem that several others were not. So, fast forward a couple years, I needed a backed up drain line taken care of and they were timely and efficient in the work they did. The charge was reasonable and they offered a free camera inspection to see why we had this recurring annual problem. Discovered the trouble and they gave their opinion of corrective long term action. It wasn't something we could do (involved getting to pipes under the home), but signed up for one 1yr club membership. I forgot to have them come back within the year for a check up...my loss on that; but they again came out for a very reasonable charge to clean out the drain and I was able to use the two coupons from my membership that never expire to offset the cost and paid Zero dollars. Both Eric (plumber) and Jason (camera guy) were very professional and helpful. Thank you.
